We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email, and continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the current version.

Use of the platform is restricted to people over 18 years old with full legal capacity under applicable law. By registering, you declare that you meet this requirement.

We reserve the right to request documents proving identity and age, and to suspend accounts that do not meet these criteria.

ESPORTIVA PRO is an information and analysis platform for the sports market. The signals shared are strictly informational and educational, reflecting our team of analysts' reading of a given event.

The platform is not a bookmaker, does not intermediate bets and does not guarantee any result. Decisions made based on the information provided are the sole responsibility of the user.

You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all activity carried out in your account.

The information provided at registration must be true, complete and up to date. Using false or third-party data may result in suspension or termination of the account.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected compromise of your account.

Subscriptions are offered in periods of 7, 15, 30 and 90 days. During the term of the contracted plan, the user has unlimited access to the signals shared on the platform, with no cap on quantity.

Current prices and conditions are provided at the time of purchase. Access is granted after payment confirmation and ends automatically at the end of the period, unless renewed.

ESPORTIVA PRO does not guarantee a minimum frequency, volume or performance of the signals delivered.

Bankroll plans are models in which the user allocates an amount and receives a share of the results obtained by the operations conducted by the platform's team of analysts.

Returns are variable and calculated according to the actual performance of the operations. There is no promise, guarantee or projection of gain, and past results are not an indicator of future results.

The minimum investment is R$20.00, with no maximum limit for new allocations. Return withdrawals may be requested Monday through Friday, from 9am to 3pm, with a minimum amount of R$20.00 and processing within 24 hours.

The user acknowledges that allocating funds in the sports market involves risk, including the possibility of partial or total loss of the amount allocated.

The referral program distributes bonuses across multiple levels, according to the percentages published on the platform.

An active plan is required to request withdrawal of referral bonuses. Referral bonus withdrawals are available 24 hours a day.

Creating fake or duplicate accounts, or using any artifice to obtain bonuses improperly, is prohibited. Doing so results in cancellation of the bonuses and termination of the account.

Payments are processed through the methods made available on the platform. Access to the plan is granted after the transaction is confirmed.

As this is digital content with immediate access, the right of withdrawal follows the period established by applicable law, counted from purchase, provided the content has not been substantially consumed.

It is prohibited to copy, redistribute, resell or publicly share the platform's signals and content; to use bots, scrapers or any automated means of collection; to attempt to circumvent security mechanisms; and to use the platform for unlawful purposes.

Non-compliance may result in immediate suspension of access, without refund, in addition to any applicable legal measures.

All platform content — brand, logo, texts, analyses, layout, code and materials — is owned by ESPORTIVA PRO or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

The subscription grants a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable license to use, without any transfer of ownership.

ESPORTIVA PRO is not liable for financial losses arising from decisions made by the user based on the content and signals provided.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform; interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or due to external factors beyond our control.

We encourage conscious and responsible use. Only allocate amounts you can afford to lose without compromising your livelihood or that of your family.

The user may close their account at any time. ESPORTIVA PRO may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prejudice to any applicable measures.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the consumer's domicile are elected to settle any disputes.
